In group classes students also have the opportunity to learn from one another, especially with question-and-answer sessions between teachers and students. Often, students ask fantastic questions that other students may not have asked or even thought about, so the potential learning is much greater than learning alone. This learning method helps students express their opinions, listen to others, and provide feedback.

Group classes allow students to perform and learn together as a group and they can make new friends! It can also feel harder for some students to learn on their own as they can’t see how they’re progressing in comparison to other students. Having a supportive environment can really help instil enthusiasm and encouragement from other students! In short, group classes offer a livelier environment for more enjoyable learning.

One-to-one lessons can limit communication with other learners and social cohesiveness. When kids don’t develop proper communication skills, it can become a massive problem in adulthood. Some children will learn better by interacting with others than by learning independently, and one-to-one learning can limit a child’s ability to learn teamwork.
